What would be included in a contract are up to your decisions.

Below i give only an exampel how a contract could look.

Cost 312 EUR applies May to October.

 A house in the immediate surroundings with a normal garden.

• Grasscutting twice a month

• Inspection of all windows and doors are closed and locked.

• Inspection of garden so its not damaged,when you havent been                  there,as downblow trees or Tv-antenn etc.

• Picture of the house mailed to you from every visit

Payment by hour 34 EUR +25% tax.

But you can also inclued them in a contract.

• Grasscutting

• Hedgecutting

• Leaf rake

• Adjust heating system

• Maintenance need roof,graden.etc

• Daily chores of you house,garden.

No job is to small to be done.
